International students of BIGC won awards in the 2021 "Chinese Bridge" Global Chinese Language Conference for Foreigners

Recently, the 2021 "Chinese Bridge" Global Chinese Language Conference for Foreigners - Cloud Dubbing Competition for Chinese Film and Television Works hosted by the Chinese and Foreign Language Cooperation Center of the Ministry of Education came to an end. Five international students from the School of International Education won the "Excellence Award". Ms. Li Qingjing, Ms. Wu Xiaofang and Ms. Zou Deli were awarded the title of "Excellent Instructor". GAYRATOV AZIZBEK and TURSUNKHODJAEV ARJUNA ranked 10th and 12th on the global popularity chart. The winning students are from Uzbekistan, Georgia, Iran and Uganda.

The School of International Education organized students to participate in this activity for the first time, and carefully arranged teachers to guide students, hoping to stimulate the enthusiasm of international students to learn Chinese through the competition, deepen their understanding of Chinese culture, and enrich the students' experience of studying abroad during the epidemic.

"Chinese Bridge" is a large-scale international Chinese language competition organized by the Chinese-Foreign Language Exchange and Cooperation Center of the Ministry of Education. Since it was first held in 2002, it has become an international competition highly concerned by Chinese learners from all over the world, and is known as the Chinese "Olympic" competition. A total of 974 contestants from 220 colleges and universities from 97 countries participated in the competition, with more than 1,100 submissions.
