Teacher won first prize in the 2024 "Basic Teaching Skills of Higher Education Teachers for International Students in Beijing" Competition

Recently, the 2024 "Basic Teaching Skills of Higher Education Teachers and Professional Abilities and Skills of International Student Management Cadres in Beijing Universities" competition hosted by the Beijing Municipal Education Commission has come to an end. Ms Xing Ruixue, a teacher of BIGC, won the first prize in the teacher teaching basic skills exhibition and evaluation competition. Ms. Zhou Yan, a teacher at the school's Foreign Affairs Office, won the third prize in the vocational ability and skills exhibition and evaluation competition for retained cadres. Ms. Chen Miaoling, the dean of the School of International Education, and Ms. Wang Ying, the deputy director of the Foreign Affairs Office, won the Excellent Guidance Teacher Award. On the evening of 6th December, Ms. Xing Ruixue was invited to participate in the 2024 "Study in Beijing" summary and international student "Beijing Night" themed cultural event hosted by the Beijing Municipal Education Commission.

The competition was organized by Beijing University of Science and Technology and Beijing International Education Exchange Center, including more than 30 competitors from Tsinghua University, Renmin University of China, Beijing Normal University, Beijing University of Technology, Beijing Foreign Studies University, Beijing Jiaotong University, Beijing University of Science and Technology, Capital Medical University, Capital Institute of Sports and Physical Education and other colleges and universities, which set up a platform for improving the professional ability of higher education teachers for foreign students in China, and played a role in strengthening the construction of the work team for studying in China, improving the quality assurance system, improving the experience of studying in China, and improving the brand of "studying in Beijing".
